"I loved the 3rd floor room, which I called the penthouse! Not for everyone especially if they’re disabled or inebriated but I thought it was perfect!"

"Clean room, very friendly staff, nice that there is a cafe in the lobby (I had my fair share of fresh mint teas!) and a lift for suitcases! The bed was comfortable, and although our room was small, we found it to be enough space. The bathroom was nicely done, too, with an incredible shower. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay within walking distance of the museums and public transportation."

I read the reviews and I must admit i was put off, however on arrival I was pleasantly surprised, this hotel is not 5* but it is well worth the money, it is clean and literally slap bang in the city centre and the staff are really helpful, it’s shabby but clean and safe so in my opinion it’s 5 star xx thanks for a great stay x"

"Room was clean no complaints, bed was comfy, nice staff and balcony was really nice as well. Will definitely be staying again in near future. "

"No enough clean cups apparently, no a least free tea, stuff my not now the navigation within the hotel, broken light in the room - been promised that it will be fixed next day never happened. Otherwise all good and I would defo book it again. "

"سيئة جدا لم يتم التواصل من قبل الفندق عبر الايميل في ليلة الوصول لتسجيل الدخول في الفندق وتم إلغاء حجزي وتحويلي لفندق اخر سيّء. تم تضييع الليلة الاولى علي. بسب عدم وجود فريق الاستقبال. أطالب للتعويض "
