"Great location and reasonably comfortable but the rooms need attention. The bathroom was cramped and outdated, the shower was poor and the extractor fan didn’t work.
There was no air conditioning in the room and the windows only opened sufficiently for a little ventilation. A fan is provided however.
The bar and adjoining lounge was lovely - it was very picturesque with the river view."

"The check-in process was straightforward and welcoming. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, which immediately made me feel comfortable on arrival.
Checking out was also smooth and efficient.
My bedroom was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything I needed for my stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant and restful experience."

"Booked an ensuite room but my room didn't have a bathroom and had to use the shared bathrooms. No staff was on site and had to call to check in. Opening the door to the room requires one hand to turn the electronic lock and the other hand to turn the doorknob. This is inconvenient when you're carrying stuff in your hand."
