"While this hotel could use a little attention to cleanliness in the corners, the beds and showers were fine. Unfortunately, the smell of cigarette smoke was so prevalent in our room that it caused allergic reactions. The smell intensified as the night went on, and even an open window didn't help. In the end, we couldn't sleep because of this and ended up leaving early in the morning just so we could get out of the room. For those who are not bothered by cigarette smoke/odor and are looking...

"Bed bugs in first room, got a picture of it on the wall.. didn’t want to stay at the hotel at all after that, but it was late and we were tired so we moved to a different floor and a different wing… got pictures of Bedbugs on the pillowcase and it also looked as if the bedding hadn’t even been changed in the second room so we just left."

"The front desk staff were very helpful, the room was clean, comfy bed, shower was good (great water pressure & consistently HOT water!!!). The dog walk area didn’t smell that great (owners don’t pick up after their dogs) & even my dog didn’t like stepping into the area. When I mentioned that's why I booked this hotel she just stared at me and said nothing. The room was nothing great. The bathroom was in the worst shape. The door was delaminating, the...

"Stained items in my room. No soap bottle in the shower was full. Just hanging out there. It was alright I guess just to sleep at night"

"Room was very clean & quiet"

"WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Booked 3 nights, checked in at 8 PM and was KICKED OUT by 10:15 PM! Let me be CLEAR! I did NOT sneak dogs in! I told the front desk I had my dogs. She NEVER asked how many, handed me an agreement so poorly printed it was unreadable, and ran my card for the pet fee. I pointed out I couldn’t read it and she laughed and AGREED! I OWN my mistake for not checking the pet policy. But I wasn’t lying or hiding anything! Why would I openly walk past staff with ALL 3...
