"I stayed on the 4th floor in the elevator was broke for the 2 days that I was there. The staff and the front desk when we first came in was very nice. But I wish they would have told us that the elevator was broken."
"All good, the room was clean the bathroom too. Just a persistent smell of drain was in the room and bathroom. Had to leave the window open at all times and it still stunk.

Der Check-in verlief trotz vorheriger Bezahlung des Zimmers unstrukturiert. Nach einer 14-stündigen Reise mussten wir warten, während das Personal mehrfach Gespräche mit anderen Gästen begann.
Das Zimmer war stark renovierungsbedürftig und machte keinen ausreichend gereinigten Eindruck. Der Teppich war stark abgenutzt, im Bad waren gelbliche Verfärbungen...
"Stayed 13–16 September in a twin room with private bathroom.
My room had several issues that should have been identified before check‑in. There was a strong musty odour from the moment I arrived, the air conditioning did not work at all, and the light above the bathroom mirror was broken.
When I reported these problems, staff were polite and tried to help, but I was told that no on‑site maintenance was available, so none of the issues could be properly fixed during my stay. I was also told...

"Lovely place, great location!! Note the lack of an elevator. Staff were extremely kind, but sometimes not present in the lobby. I had to leave keys on the desk to check out and messaged them, and all was well. Recommended!"

"No recomiendo este alojamiento por estos tres motivos:
- No hay recepción. Si llegábamos después de las 21 pm, teníamos que oagar15€ por reactivar los códigos). Al final, nos permitieron hasta las 21.30 (nuestro tren llegó con mucho retraso y esto nos causó mucho estrés) hacer el check-in sin pagar esos15€ sin sentido.
- No nos pareció seguro en absoluto.Llegamos al apartamento, salimos a dar1vuelta y, al volver, nos habían abierto el apartamento y nos habían robado. La puerta del alojamiento...
"Ottima la posizione, vicino ai mezzi pubblici e punto panoramico eccezionale vista Parlamento. Buona la colazione dolce e salata. Struttura, mobili, letti, moquette sono molto vecchi. La pulizia nelle stanze ogni 3 giorni non è sostenibile dato che i minuscoli bagni si allagano ad ogni doccia. Staff cortese."
