Really lovely hotel which is convenient for getting around Budapest. Metro and bus stops very close and easy to navigate. Restaurants and shops within walking distance.The breakfast is at a sister hotel round the corner. It is a lovely rooftop location with great view. Definitely recommend

With a name like Hotel Gin, we weren't sure what to expect. What did we get? Just an absolutely amazing, modern, stylish room. The location was great, and the staff was amazing. The only thing I would say is the bathrooms should have been a little larger for such a large room, but I'm nitpicking. We will be back!

The property is perfectly located, within walking distance of most things and very close to the airport bus and train stations. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and comfortable (with the exception of the shower which spits water from all directions and drenches the bathroom). Staff friendly and had great recommendations

Beautiful hotel, very clean and friendly employees, the beds and the pillows are something I won’t miss, the room definitely lacked certain comforts as the pillows were completely flat and the beds hard and springy. Everything else was great! Location is amazing you’re across from the airport bus and major trams

Loved staying at GIN! The rooms were very nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast at the RUM was fantastic. Easily walkable to most attractions. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Budapest!

This is a very nice, clean, well equipped and comfortable hotel. They would have had a 5 star rating if it were not for the AC issues. The AC in our room was clearly not working and the staff did not really know what to do about it - changing the set point lower will not compensate for a system that is not working properly!! We were fortunate in that it was not that hot but I can see that in hotter weather the lack of effective AC could have been a major problem. If they get the AC fixed then I would definitely recommend, or if you know the weather is going to be relatively mild.

The hotel was in a great location and the hotel was spotless. The reception staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Budapest. The breakfast was at the sister hotel. A couple of mins walk but was excellent breakfast.
