"A/C in the room is a complete lie they have a window barley tinted open it was extremely unpleasant to wake up sweating constantly Also a complete scam they run 200ml coke for 3.50 is a compete joke I can walk down the road and get a giant bottle for even less Breakfast was so plain overall just wish I didn’t spend $255 for 4 nights & it was a 12 bedroom it’s a popular place but it’s not for me don’t waste your time or money here"

"Tuve una estancia muy bonita desde el inicio, ya que llegué el día de mi cumpleaños y un chico en recepción, cuyo nombre lamentablemente no recuerdo, fue muy amable y tuvo el detalle de invitarme el desayuno. En general, todo el personal es encantador, el lugar está impecable y el ambiente muy acogedor. Sin duda, lo recomiendo. Como detalle a mejorar, al llegar antes del check-in una chica en recepción me ofreció lockers de pago para dejar mis maletas, pero después supe que podía haber esperado...

"There is BIKE locking station in the garden. A jacuzzi, games room, etc. Rooms are cleaned multiple times daily. Never a wait for shower or bathroom. Beds are supper comfy, pillows are flat like a pancake 😁. I really loved this hostel's design. Thank you staff for your hard work and kind and helpful customer service. You are the real MVPs! Only con: you have to pay 8 euros to store your baggage if you arrive before check in time. But you are more than welcome to lounge in the common room until...

"I found communication a bit slow and posted information on reception desk hours contradictory. I worked out--reception desk was open past 5pm for my 7:15 arrival but I was stressed the whole way from the airport and St George's Quay on foot that I would not make it. I tried to call but using the information presented me could not connect via my USA iPhone. Probably something stupid I was doing but perhaps look at that information and see if it is the best information for travelers from outside...
