"The room was very clean and the free breakfast was quite good. However our toilet would not flush and our TV did not work. We ended up using the restroom in the lobby! At a Hampton inn I do not expect luxury, but I do expect working toilets and TVs. It was a very busy weekend and we paid a very high rate for this room because of that and we are disappointed with the condition our room was in."

"Door didn’t shut, toilet seat duct- taped with crud ( probably poop) on it. No TV controller. Sticky floors and all around pretty disgusting."

"Prior to checking in, after looking at their accommodations through Expedia, I thought we would have a kitchen in our room. We did not. I would add two instructions to checking in using the keypad to press the bottom button first. Then the numbers then press the bottom button again, also to lock the door press the bottom button."
