"Stayed for 1 night in July - despite booking in February, the room we were allocated (303) seemed to be a last resort room. We were in a room in the roof that only had a narrow strip of floor where you could stand up fully - I'm 5'10 so not a giant, but had to walk around with an arm raised to avoid bumping my head. "I had a 2night stay booked at this property over the weekend. I checked in the room , dropped my bags off and left the property. Unfortunately 30 minutes later I had to checked out after I received a phone call about an unexpected death in my family. I went back to the property and explained the situation, all the staff were pleasant and evan comforting about the situation, at the time. I was put on a call to the property manager who ensured me not worry about anything and she would contact me...

The bar was closed by 8.30PM when we got back to the hotel, and none of us could sleep until the early hours due to all the noise outside, people screaming and boy racers screaming past. "
