"Great location only minutes walk out of Leeds City Centre, the hotel staff were so helpful on arrival, we got there early so they held our bags while we went to the cricket. Checked back in late, the night staff were very helpful and check it was easy. The rooms are great, clean tidy and plenty of space. Superb value for money."
"We had a great time here, the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and clean and comfortable. The hide a bed of course was very springy but that’s to be expected with a hide a bed haha.

"Lovely modern hotel with nice rooms but never saw any staff at the desk throughout the stay, also wouldn't recommend staying in the summer, the windows are sealed shut and our room was very uncomfortable because of the heat. Easily one of the worst nights I've had in a hotel because of the heat and humidity in the room despite leaving the fan on, don't know how they expect people to cope in the summer."
"Great location ,good amenities (co op ,pub etc ) parking close by . I was in room 12 It is as described v small but adequate for what you pay .It Could do with a new mattress and some better towels though ..communal kitchen area useful and the set up I liked ..a bit quirky …I wouldn’t want a week there but for a night or two it’s good to know .."
"A lovely clean, well maintained room with lots of space. Shower room also nice and spacious. Lots of tea/coffee sachets provided, and a thoughtful gesture was a foot tray left inside the door to put dirty shoes on. No noise outside and great for sleeping, extremely quiet.
The only negative(and it's not the hotels fault, more where it's situated in the village) is the wi-fi signal isn't great. However the TV has more than enough channels on it to keep you entertained.

No staff AT ALL on site. You’re sent a code to get in. The room was horrid. Broken bed, rips in curtain. Leaking toilet, broken toilet seat and sink plug. Heavily stained carpet. "Value for money hotel. Fixtures and fittings are tired but the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Great value cooked breakfast for £7. Road a bit noisy. We were able to leave our car behind the building for the day which was great. If stairs are an issue/heavy luggage pays to be aware you might have a few flights of steps to climb depending on your room! Staff very helpful and friendly."
