"The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside. It is older and could use a facelift. The inside has been completely remodeled. Bathroom was large with a walkin shower and a built in seat. Room was small but extremely clean. Everything inside the room was new and updated. The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

The found my reservation and there key maker was broken so he had to meet me at my room to let us in. Once in the room my wife needed to use the restroom and found feces and the toilet wouldn’t flush completely. She finally got everything to flush. "Found the property up an unpaved alley at the rough end of Rawlins. No prior emailed instructions on how to gain access and no one to meet us or any notice to indicate who guests should call. No signage apart from that in the photo. No way was I pushing open any closed doors in that area. We booked into an alternative Rawlins hotel and obtained a refund."
