"The staff were friendly and helpful. The welcome and check-in process went smoothly. The room and bathroom were clean. However, the room itself felt cool and uninviting. The only window is a sealed one located two meters up, so hardly any daylight gets in. In an emergency, there is no way out. Breakfast was decent."

"This hotel is very old. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. The room was old a dingy, did not feel clean. The bathroom was dirty and the shower drain was plugged. The air conditioner was not working and the wifi did not work during our stay. The only good thing about this hotel is location. Not worth the money we paid."
