"Upon arrival, we immediately noticed a stark difference in the size and appearance of the room. Very small, no "balcony" nor view. The toilet seat was broken. At the front desk, the clerk's demeanor was cold and indifferent. When I hurt my foot, I asked for ice and was told to go get it at a store by a young girl working there. Will not be staying here again."
