"Booked it here and when we arrived at 2am they made us walk to their "sister" property 2 blocks away on a pitch black streets with 5 suitcases and gave us a room right next to the metal gate that everyone else was using to enter the grounds. EVERY SINGLE TIME anyone open and slammed that metal gate shut it rang like a bell thus making it a sleepless night for all 3 of us. ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL! And overall Italians attitude is you get what you pay for so putting it mildly they do not give rat's...
