"Dude!! They had breakfast for us and we didn't even know... And free shortbread cookies and stuff.... OK... NOT that I needed anything like that lol! Bed soft.. no bed bugs. Shower HOT!!"

"Starting to think the hot tub is permanently down for repairs/ maintenance. Fraudulent advertising."

"Typical Alaska/North Canada lodging. Nothing special"

"Everything was well maintained"

"Mediocre. Rooms outdated. Couches are stained carpets gross. Tv barely worked. Had like 10 channels max. Could hear everything above us and in halls. Not pleasant"

"Working man's hotel. No restaurant or bar which helps to keep it a quiet location. Close to large grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shop, etc. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with wifi. Staff very pleasant. Laundry not great but other than that, a good place to stay when travelling."

"Room was cold upon arrival and took hours to get warm."

"Had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. Breakfast was good, and everything was well organized. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Looking forward to visiting again!"

Very disappointed, I see the cameras facing clientele and either did not see me or was not there at all, there was not a sound coming from the closed door behind the counter either."

"The staff was super friendly and accommodating, but the building and amenities are definitely starting to show their age. The rooms and overall property could use some updating and refreshing."

"We travel with kids, so a pool is an important factor when choosing a hotel. At check-in, we were told the pool was “a bit cooler than usual” but that the hot tub was working. Unfortunately, the pool was absolutely freezing and the hot tub was barely warmer than the pool. We understand that maintenance issues happen, but we would have appreciated honesty at check-in. If we had been told the amenities were essentially unusable, we could have chosen to cancel rather than discover the issue after...
