"Going in, we knew this is an older hotel in need of remodeling, and it certainly isn't a 4 star establishment. But the room was clean the bed very comfortable, and the staff very friendly."

"Clearly going through renovations but still - there were simple things they could have addressed: warped bathroom door (wouldn’t close); a shower that’s seen better days; and other things. That said, we needed a place to sleep and shower and the stay checked the boxes. Told there was breakfast from 7-9:30 but then restaurant was closed. So for $100 per night - not going back."

"Clean and cozy, friendly stuff and very close to shopping mall and Camel back mountain."

"Updated and renovated guest rooms. Common area in need of update and breakfast subpar even compared to other Hampton inns. Not enough parking for guests"

"They were completely unhelpful during the booking process. The breakfast was horrible. There were stains on the sheets. Highly dissatisfied"

"Recomendable 100% +"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Pocono Ridge Inn. The building is old, but that's part of its charm and the amenities are the same, if not better than at the big chains. Eugene is wonderful and very helpful. We look forward to visiting again soon!"

"Bed was very comfortable. But AC did not work. Host was not friendly. And the person cleaning the rooms glared at us on our way out the door before entering our room."

"Clean room & Friendly staff"

"I stay at the motel all the time when I am up exploring the parks. My only issue is that the Wifi does not reach the rooms farther away from the office."

"Very clean and pretty motel in a beautiful and peaceful location in Pennsylvania. The staff were very friendly and the beds were super comfortable. The TV had many channels and we had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend."

"The room was clean and efficient , we paid additional 100 per night for a scenic view . Our view was nothing scenic, one window view was the house next door and the front window was the parking lot . Breakfast was just ok, limited choices for the included breakfast and asked for my eggs cooked other than scrambled and that was not an option . It was close to town and restaurants, but probably wouldn’t choose this option again ."
