Room was really clean. The kitchenette was great (although we didn't use it) it had everything you could need. The hotel was hot, noisy and the young staff member did not help me out at all with getting a fan for my hot room, he said there was no ice at the hotel and he did nothing about the noisy person(s) in the room. I complained EVERY morning and sometimes late at night and was told the person stomping around above me would be approached by staff...never happened. "Very unusual hotel in that there is no reception or staff to be seen. You are sent your entry codes via message for internal and external entry. Very clean and tidy and a super central location. Was surprised to get a maid service but then disapointed we didn't get teas and milks replaced. First world problems. The room had a fridge but it didn't work and so much my milk curdled in it. The shower was powerful but the water was tepid at best. Lots of noise at night due to it's central location...
