"My husband and I are disabled, traveling with our service dog and camper. We camped for 2 weeks and stayed at hotels a long the way home. This hotel was significantly cheaper than the competitors. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows a dream. But the gentleman at the front desk was exceptional, he allowed us to park the camper right in front of bc we could not fit in the parking lot. He also was able to get us on the first floor. Very welcomed hospitality when you are just exhausted....

"Great location, but would not stay again. There were dirty towels from the previous guest left hanging in the bathroom. We also found a used earplug between the comforter and duvet. I let the general manager know via Expedia messenger but received no response."

"When we called to request that someone bring bedding and sheets for the sofa bed upon our arrival, the front desk guy told us, "I don't have anyone available to send to your room." When we asked when the bedding could be delivered, he responded with "Geeez" and hung up the phone."

"The room was advertised to have a hot tub and they did not. The breakfast was not ready on time when I needed to leave early."

"This is an older hotel, well situated near two interstate highways (I-70 and I-470) There is an excellent Texas Roadhouse restaurant within walking distance across the street. The room I had was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the hot water in the bath/shower. All I could ever get out of it was warm water, although the water in the sink was hot. It seemed to be an issue with the control valve for the bath/shower. The air conditioning functioned well."

"The room was ok except the carpet was disgustingly dirty. My feet stuck to it in places. Breakfast was ok. The hotel was very quiet."
