"2nd stay in 3 years. Richard and Karen are perfect hosts. Property is spotlessly clean. Lovely bedroom and very quiet for such a central location in Weymouth. Fantastic breakfast as well with plenty of choice made to your requirements. Couldn't recommend it more!"

Instead we had to go outside our room, down some stairs and up some more stairs to find our private toilet and private shower room next to it. Not very convenient in the middle of the night in hot weather when sleeping naked! Room was clean but basic and dated. Breakfast was very good but to be expected to be seated between 8am - 8.30am and pre-order what you wanted the day before or go without is harsh and...
