"This hotel was not in the best location. The hotel was old and needed a lot of renovation. The hallway and room had a horrible odor. I did but feel safe in the hotel nor leaving my car in the parking garage. I immediately checked out an hour after arriving the manager was not accommodating in reimbursing my money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Considering they rented me a room with my children and there was shattered glass and a bullet hole through the curtains I have to say the stay was awful. My kids were scared to death to sleep there. I spoke with them and they offered to refund and said they weren’t supposed to rent that room. However still no refund and they denied the request through Expedia. So beware!"

"They were fast getting a little problem fixed quickly. The staff was cordial .And if in that area again would chose this location to stay. Very close to the Ark Encounter and gas station across the street. To me, that made it easy and not having to do excess driving. Had no issues with parking and they were nice to accommodate me due to some issues in health and we were able to get a low level room. Breakfast was good."

"Property was clean and well maintained overall for the price. Staff was helpful. They accommodated my request to switch to a room without too much freeway noise. The first room window wouldn’t close smugly, so too noisy. Second room a/c might be spewing some ash like thing. After I turned it off and turned it on on much cooler temperature it seemed to work ok. The sheets smelled a little old. Other than that it was comfortable sleep overall."

"This small hotel was perfect for a long weekend stay. Conveniently located near plenty of dining options and a short drive to museums, sporting events and attractions. The room was spacious with a full kitchen, stocked with the basics for making a meal. The late check in process was easy and quick. Staff was friendly and welcoming."
