"Great hotel in a central, walkable location. The front desk staff were fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean, in excellent condition, and worked as it should. It felt safe and the green street and dog park made it feel like a neighborhood. Lots of people started here and departed for a cruise; we were here for sightseeing and this was a good choice to be able to explore multiple areas. Staff gave great recommendations for Biscuit B*tch and Ludi’s."

"Looks good on line, miss leading!! At check in the front desk attendant was very rude. She did not greet us at all, barely spoke just went the motions of the check in. When I provided my information and had a question her tone was short and seemed like she was annoyed to be there, and definitely did not want to be helping me or any other person there, there was a short line. The WIFI did not work the entire time we were there. One of the elevators were out of order. The breakfast was NOT good...
