"Calm and quiet."

"Perfect location"

"Good stay"

"The red roof inn is an affordable overnight stay for an early flight. The staff is kind & efficient. The beds are clean, the TV works. It has a good iron & the coffee is good! The free airport shuttle is a huge plus."

"liked close to airport"

"The parking lot was horrible had trouble parking at night , there was homeless people in the lobby and people making loud noise in the hallway a dog barking for a while and doors where open from the building with no security seem nice in the pictures but it’s a cheap hotel"

"Great room, pretty clean, bed was comfortable. The bar soap's smell was very unpleasant but that's not the hotels fault."

"My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. The airport shuttle failed to pick me up as expected, leaving me without the transportation I was supposed to have. I tried calling the hotel multiple times for assistance, but the staff repeatedly hung up on me instead of helping resolve the situation. Because of the lack of assistance and unreliable shuttle service, I ended up having to walk to the airport myself. This was extremely inconvenient and frustrating, especially when the...

"Perfect stay in a great location!"

"Not a lot to like. Ordered a delivery to room from Pizza Mart Kent after picking up brochure from hotel check in counter which was pointed out to us when we asked where we could get food. Paid including delivery charge and tip. It never got to us, Went to reception and they said no one from the company had made a delivery, yet on ringing company they said they had. I think it's disgusting that the hotel recommends such a dishonest company, either that or reception knew it had arrived and lied to...

"Clean room"

"For a small, older facility, they really paid attention to the details. The room was spotless, with little details like extra blankets, makeup removing wipes, extra towels, decent sized frig and a microwave, and an updated wireless phone charger/ usb-c chord option. Breakfast was standard fare, but the coffee was good. I loved that the small reception area included a water bottle filler, some vending machines, even a massage chair! We were checked in by the General Manager and she was so...

"Perfect for us and what we needed. Room was clean and nice. Parking has a licked gate and lots of cameras so I didnt worry about the car being parked out there. Great place and worked perfect for us amd what we needed and wanted."

"Our elevator was out of order for awhile. But it couldn’t have been helped- the problem was taken care of as quickly as possible. Which was much appreciated."

"The parking was horrible. The staff kind of rude. The breakfast not acceptable at all. The refrigerator was not plugged in."

"Horrible bed"

"Bedding was amazing! They give you refillable water bottles which are great and the coffee is great. I like that they give you real mugs in the room to drink your coffee. The bathroom was very clean! Can’t wait to try them again in my travels."
