"Very basic but convenient accommodation. Easy location, but noisy road. Plenty of parking available, but people chose to park outside rooms which was very noisy in the middle of the night and also next to stairs which added to the noise. Beds were really clean, large, tidy and comfortable. Plenty of space and well equipped room for the family. Bathrooms and bedroom clearly had a lot of previous water/mould damage, which smelled strong. Room has had some renovations. Fine for one night though."
"The room was clean, had everything we needed , beds were comfy very comfy , had all the amenities including air con and running hot water which catered to me and my family of 4. Very quiet and you even get views of Lake Taupo from the room . For the price we paid we got more than we bargained for 👏. The spa bath in our room was broken. And bathroom ceiling a few large patches of black mould with holes in vinyl floor. Where light fixtures had been replaced in bedrooms the wall was a different colour and previous screw holes visible. Fridge extremely noisy. All things I wouldn’t expect from a 4.5star rated motel. All easily fixed.

"The room is very spacious, and the amenities are well-equipped and convenient. Free parking is also a great advantage.
Something could be improved is the cleanliness of the clothes hangers, as there was some dust on them. Also, the room has limited natural light because there is only a small window, so the lights need to be turned on during the day, also the air conditioning needs to be turned on for refreshing."
