"No coffee pot in room, no shampoo or conditioner. Just bar of soap. We were supposed to have a handicap room. Didn't have it. At first she said she didn't have a reservation for us. Breakfast wasn't the greatest either. No cream cheese for the bagels. We will never stay there again!!!!"
"The breakfast was sorely lacking, but there is a wonderful cafe across the street. The price was right, the front desk attendant was great. I asked for extra towels and got them right away. It could have been a little more spiffed up and cleaned up, but all in all it was good. Oh, the pillows were big and hard. It was great for what we needed."
"Staff was only present at desk after I had been waiting. Place smelled musty. TV remote didnt work so the TV was useless. Pool looked dingy and not sparkly clean. Bathroom towels were so used you could almost see through them. I would have walked out upon entering the place but with Expedia, I dont think you can get refunded. Was happy to only have been there 1 night and that I didnt have my family there with me to be exposed to the place."
"Very nice rooms, good location, second stay in last 4 mo. One staff member really stood out, Dana was so helpful, I think the other front Desk Guy was really rude, but thanks too Dana, she made up for it."
"Room was supposed to be handicapped accessible. Although had shown on web room reserved was equipped for disabled. First time out of three other stays during this trip. Location said it was Expedia’s fault. ?????"
"OK, I don’t have any problem with the people who work there or some of the people who might be living there, longer-term as a matter of fact, the guy at the front desk was quite nice The location is not as described in photos. I just don’t want a family coming through town to stay there thinking it’s one thing actually it’s another with some hard work. This location can actually be pretty good. It’s real close to the highway. It’s just not there yet. I would like to return one day and be able to...
"We expected Rukmapur Park to be a quiet, get-away-from-it-all experience in the peaceful serenity of Vedic City. However, our experience was the opposite. The place was cute and clean and wonderfully "in the middle of nowhere," but we left the next morning frustrated and exhausted.
At 3 am we woke up to someone either sliding a door open and closed or rolling a cart down the hallway above us. There was a very loud repetitive sound that went on and on. When we finally fell asleep we had the...
