"Room was decent for sleeping. Even though it is non-smoking, you can smell that many still do. Last morning we had NO hot water."

"Like the beds and linens. Towels pretty thin. Only 3 big towels. Needed another but too tired to ask. Eggs were cold at 8 am when was to be available until 9. No one at desk at 11 am which is checkout time. Even waited 10 minutes."

"Even though i had a reservation, when I arrived, there were other guests there also trying to check in. One lady kept saying that they had no rooms, no WiFi, no cable. She finally through her arms up and left. Eventually another employee came out. A man with a scrub brush in one hand a a rum bottle in the other. He said there were no rooms so I left. Other customers were on their phones, trying to get refunds. The lobby and the building were nothing like the photographs on Expedia....
