"The hotel was dirty! sheets were stained and I was not sure if they had even been changed as there were hair in the bed and on the pillows. The stairs needed a good hoover, there were beds left in the bar and mattress at the bottom of the stairs, the lift would take ages to close the doors as the doors would stick, we gave up a couple of times and just walked up the stairs. Breakfast was very disappointing. The only good thing was the Seaview. I would avoid this hotel, I wish we did."

"The hotel and the owners were superb. We were on second floor which meant quite a few stairs to climb but the owners moved us down a floor the day after arrival to a much larger room with a lovely sea view and of course fewer stairs. The breakfast were first class. My husbands full English was “the best” he said and my fresh fruit was delicious with so many different varieties of fruit you couldn’t count them. Nothing was too much trouble for owners and they were so welcoming and delightful....

"A characterful, charming hotel in the centre of Beaumaris. In cooler months it would be lovely to use the sitting room to read and relax. Our twin room was comfortable and the only thing I'd ask for is for the bathroom window to be fixed so that only the top sash could open; there are seagulls prowling outside!
The service is excellent. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Delicious breakfasts and dinner were freshly prepared and ample.

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the tv remote control had been broken by the previous guests, so we were unable to watch tv. The owner told us she had ordered a new one and it arrived on the Saturday afternoon. She brought it up to our room straight away and ensured it was all working. The breakfast was excellent on both mornings. The guest house is an old building, with wooden doors, that do require updating and the furniture in the rooms is of low quality. Our room...

"Our first impression of Pandy Holidays was that the accommodation was snug, but much smaller than expected. Unfortunately, as our stay went on, several issues became apparent.
One of the biggest drawbacks was the lack of a kitchen sink. Having to wash dishes in the bathroom sink is neither practical nor hygienic. The only cooking facilities provided were a microwave and an air fryer, and the worktop space was extremely limited, making even simple meal preparation awkward and, at times, unsafe....
