"Staff was super friendly and helpful."

"Pretty good"

"Staff is awesome!!"

"Old building, but maintained. Staff was great, internet was below standard"

"The room was clean and only about an hour from Yosemite. I like that this place accommodates dogs and the staff at the restaurant were all super friendly."

"Checking in was fast"

"The staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick. The room was clean, though it smelled strongly of cigarettes; it was clear that the previous guest had ignored the "no smoking" sign on the room door—that, however, is not the hotel's fault. The price was affordable compared to other hotels in the area, and you get what you pay for: a clean place to sleep, without any frills."

"No communication with the employees"

"Wonderful relaxing stay. We'll be back. Thanks Launa"

"The staff was good. The room was clean, but the shower overflowed and the sink was coming away from the wall so hopefully they address these issues. Other than that I did enjoy my day."

"We came for our anniversary with our kid and drive up the mountain a few miles to play in the snow ... Hoping it stays open we loved it"

"Clean cute and quiet. Never saw any staff. Had to wait 1/2 hour outside in 100 degree heat before getting in, even though we talked about the time of arrival the day before. 5 phone calls before getting someone who could get us in. No drinking glasses in bathroom. Was told the room had a jetted tub but there was no tub at all just a shower."

"Dead bugs in shower, no pillow cases on beds, beds were not completely made. No room maintenance between nights stayed."
