"We stayed for our honeymoon and it was an excellent stay. The staff were kind and helpful, just be prepared to communicate in Spanish. The "included breakfast" is freshly cooked by the staff to order: gallo pinto, omelette, toast, etc and all were delicious. The AC and fan in the room were sufficient to keep it cool and enjoyable. The pool was clean and fun. Less than 5 minute walk to Coco Beach. Several decent restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the main street with lots of stuff available...

"Wonderful simple cabins that are reminiscent of Costa Rica of the past, with very kind helpful hosts. If you’re looking for a quiet clean escape into the cloud forest, this is the place. We were so happy to see all the hummingbirds while we enjoyed the excellent coffee and fresh fruit juice in the morning. The private trail was a moderate hike to a gorgeous waterfall and was a great taste of the beauty of the area without the crowds of Tenorio. Our 6 year-old loved seeing the red-eyed tree...
