"At this price point I expected more. Self check in, additional cost for parking, no breakfast all contributed to making the cost feel high for what it was. Plus no make up of the room nor replenishment of coffee/tea/milk (and no visible way to request that as there were no staff about).
Room was nice enough, and clean. Bathroom could have done with reflecting the needs of female travellers (eg feminine hygiene disposal bags?).
Easy to get to the city centre / Summertown by bus or on foot...
"Just got back from a 2 night stay. Absolutely charming place to stay staff were so friendly and helpful. So close to the Center just a brief stroll down the lane would definitely come back to stay again. The dog loved it too"
"A great option for a quick 1-night stay in central Oxford. My top floor room was clean and comfortable, with a new TV, fan, kettle, water and biscuits. The bathroom was perfectly adequate, with a warm shower and towels/toiletries provided. No complaints at all - some of the reviews seem a little unfair.

"Great location. Free street parking but you have to wait until the shops close. But there is a free parking lot in town. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very small with no where to put your luggage without having to walk around it.
They offer a kettle for tea and coffee. The outside patio is very nice and private."

The entrance at the side with the bar there was odd and not sure about the rubbish bins out front. The staff were helpful and easy to reach via email. The street noise was louder than the bar noise."
