"1. Got there and no one was at front desk. Stood there a good five minutes. Someone in lobby was calling the front desk. The guy finally came out the office. 2. The A/C does not work. The ptac only kicked on once. The temperature only went down to 76. It was mucky in the room. The ceiling fan helped just a little. 3. For an hour or more at 11pm a bunch of kids were running up and down the stair wells and slamming the door. Going from one side to the other running down the hall. 4. Night worker...

"Property was terrible the room was dirty and had a terrible smell. The staff was very rude we had a mix up with our reservation they wouldnt refund so we lost the money we paid and still had to purchase another room so we were out of alot of money"
