"Dirty"

"This was our 3rd stay but will be our last. Black mold on wall and curtains, toilet had not been cleaned. Ice machine out of order on 3rd floor. The beds were comfy. Sparse breakfast but good coffee."

"This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and it won’t be the last. The room was really clean, came with a microwave and refrigerator. I will say at first the refrigerator wasn’t as cold as it should’ve been and the ice in the top part was melting but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. WiFi worked great. Breakfast was awesome! Staff was friendly. Well the lady who was there when I was checking out. Overall, I really enjoyed my one day stay here."

"Room 212 was so much bigger and nicer than expected. I didn’t arrive until 3am. They accommodated me. We stayed at a luxury hotel in New Orleans the next day. All I could think about was how much nicer this was in comparison. Your hotel even offered Dove soap products. 10/10. Will always stay here."

"Not great, not good breakfast"

"When arriving to check in there was no one at the front desk. Another lady was already there waiting as well. We waited approximated 5-10 minutes and I kept saying HELLO?? Finally a young man came walking down the hallway, in no apparent hurry and goes behind the counter and says can I help you? This was a bit unprofessional and unusual for the Hampton Inn's normal courtesy and efficiency of service. Other than that experience it was pretty good. The room was very clean as was the dining...
