The microwave didn’t work and I requested twice for a repair; no response. Toilet wasn’t clean upon arrival. Found someone else’s underwear near the bed. No towels in pool area…when requested the lady said there were no towels available."

"The food was sub-par. The staff was minimal. The sink fell thru and they never fixed it, then tried to make it my fault with 4 inches of liquid nails from before.... The morning lady is super rude and nosey. Sketch to say the least. No-tell motel, pay by the hour kinda place. "

"My bathtub was still dirty. The toilet barely flushed and I didn't have any light bulbs in my lamp. It did get taken care of. I think house keeping should check those things "

"Absolutely no issues with the facilities; clean, new, spacious, great rates, cozy lobby area and great little breakfast/area. Only small snag was the unwillingness to put our parties’ 2 rooms close or at least on the same floor, either beforehand or at check-in (after telling me on the phone they couldn’t do it until we were there). We ended up on 2 different floors, didn’t seem at any point that they were ever going attempt to put the rooms close. Would still stay here again!"

"Room 100 has no hot water, i had to go to room 409 when i needed to shower, also the a/c did not work in room 100, they brought us one fan, for my husbands side, of the bed, not happy. The lady at the front desk applied 1000 points to a IHG acct she made for me, whats that gonna get me? A water?... i cant stay at a hotel for less than 80k points, i think i deserve a free room for a night, for the hassle, js"

"Overall not a bad experience at all. Just a few things that weren’t the greatest. There were mold spots on the walls in the part of the bathroom where the shower was, I’m assuming because there was no ventilation in there. The other thing was you had to pay to park in the parking lot. We only stayed one night so not a huge deal but had it been multiple nights that definitely would have been a problem. $25 a night is crazy. The staff was really friendly, the breakfast was good. The mattresses...

"The cleaning fragrances that they use in the room kept me up all night could not sleep whatever they're using in there is very strong and harsh hard to breathe even with the window open"

"Employees are always so very nice and want to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. They go way out of their way to make sure all is good with your stay. Room is very nice and quiet. Have stayed several times. We enjoy our stay each time."
