"Booked a room with a couch, there was no couch and staff knew that at check in but did not advise there’s no couches anymore. The heavy smell of ammonia accompanied by a special culture of people suggests there is known drug activity on the property. The room was disgusting. The flooring had gaps, and missing sections.
