"My stay was awful. The elevator was broken and I am a disabled veteran. It was a struggle to get up the stairs and when we got there, although the sheets appeared clean, the walls, floor and stove were FILTHY. I actually had to buy cleaning supplies to fix the room as no other rooms were available. Staff was not at the desk and towels were barely available. Also, the back door was broken and wide open. My room was missing a top lock on the door. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Standard issue hotel room. No frills, but clean, everything worked. Breakfast service was well maintained, loved the coffee machine being 24/7 available. However, if you want to sleep at a certain time. Be sure to look up the show schedule for Cheer Up Charlie’s and Stubbs BBQ. The latter can blast music until 2am some nights, and no ear plugs or white noise machine will drown out the Lady Gaga remixes that play that late. When there’s no shows, it was fine."

"Dirty bedsheets, not working switches and crickets / spiders under bed."

"Hotel was very clean, staff was very nice. The room carpet a bit stained but nothing too bad . The AC In the room worked very well, tv had app options to sign into. Breakfast was amazing many options , cereal , waffles to breakfast sandwiches and burritos. The beds were very comfortable, pillows were a bit small. Quiet small hotel, very lovely. This will be my to go when visiting Austin."
