"First the when we checked in the person at the front desk was rude and not very friendly. The key would not be open the outside door until maybe the 20th try. Then the same keys would not open the room door. In the morning I took the the keys to the front desk. They gave me new ones same thing, so I gave up and did each door about 20 times until they worked. In the room there was snot on the wall in the restroom and the shower was dirty.
