"We always stay at Janmere when we go to Hampton . Good location and like that it has a pool, for the days beaching isnt great. The new owners have been making nice upgrades to the property."

"This is my go-to hotel in Hampton Beach. It's consistently clean with friendly staff and a great location. I recommend the suite (its pull-out couch is actually comfortable as a second bed) which has a balcony facing the ocean, right across the street. Plenty of parking, some underground in a garage, coffee in the lobby, elevator, and as a bonus a great little coffee shop right there as well - they serve breakfast sandwiches, bagels, muffins, etc. that you can grab and take to the beach...

"The staff was amazing! Super helpful!and kind. We had an ocean front view to watch sunrise from bed!!!!! It was absolutely beautiful. Our own little balcony to people watch.. location was clutch. The room was adorable and VERY clean. When we visit again this will 100 be our spot."

"It was a great 3 day vacation. The staff was nice…the room was clean and the pool was nice. The property was clean I wish there were more accessible trash cans. The beds were okay I wouldn’t say comfortable but not horrible. The bathroom was very clean no mold and the shower curtain was clean which is important to me…the coffee maker worked although I didn’t drink it and the fridge and microwave was in working condition. The negative parts were the curtain on our window was not long enough so...

"We got the room for a cheap rate on a last minute trip to the beach. It served its purpose, but that’s about it. Disappointed with the lack of coffee pot and rock hard mattress (and super flat pillows). Also, the motel doesn’t even have an ice machine. And the bathroom is super tiny. But… everything worked and it was a two minute walk to the beach to watch the sunrise in the morning, so as long as you have low expectations, this place isn’t a horrible stay. I wouldn’t have paid anymore than what...
