"Unfortunately, our experience with City Pop got off to a very poor start. The check-in process was a nightmare. I called the contact number twice and, after speaking to someone and then being disconnected, I never received a call back. We had been given an access code, but we still could not get into the property. If it had not been for the cleaners who happened to be there and helped us, the whole process would have been even more frustrating.

"It is a simple hotel, with basic amenities, close to the main railway station, in a noisy location. The room was clean, but very hot. The shared bathroom was ok (since there are only three rooms on each floor, it was always available when we needed it).
