"Evidently our reservation was cancelled and even though we had a confirmation number, the "system" didn't recognize it and they had no rooms available. Although, with the looks of the other guests and open containers of alcohol I think they did us a favor and we stayed at the Hampton Inn instead and enjoyed a beautiful and comfortable stay."

"First and foremost, the desk clerk, Glen, was absolutely wonderful. Very understanding and patient. He upgraded our room to an interior entrance to make us feel safe, but... the first room smelled musty and the heater was extremely loud, so he moved us, but... The heater did not work and baby roaches were all over the nightstand. We did not even set our suitcases down before walking out! We were able to get a refund and in the future I will do more research before booking a room! "
