"Stayed here years ago, and had fond memories of a quaint experience. However, this stay was less than ideal. We had three rooms booked for family trip. They put the three rooms at random places, felt they could have put them closer. Room keys for all three rooms worked sometimes, but then didn't. Had to replace keys three times in two days. A/C was finicky, either too hot or too cold. One stairwell to 2nd floor was closed for repairs, so guys in that room had to find a distant stairwell. Wanted...

"Check in person was overwhelmed with a computer problem. During the delay there was no acknowledgement to the 3-4 guests waiting in line that she knew we were there but she was working to solve a problem. Seems to be a training issue with new staff - a guess on my part. "

"This property is adequate if you need a place close to NSU campus at a reasonable price. The amenities are minimal, including no hair dryer, no shampoo or body wash. Checkout is done remotely via a kiosk and the agent was in Chicago. Certainly not on the top of my list"
