"When I got in I was at the desk for 15 minutes before someone greeted us. Pool was closed even though it was clearly operating. They put up signs to keep people out claiming “weekly maintenance.” They eventually opened up the pool for us but the jacuzzi jets were not working. I drove for hours and just wanted to relax. Staff was fighting, you could hear them behind closed doors. Thankfully I didn’t book this location for the hotel and had plenty to do but amenities were awful. Also...

"The Hampton Bayfront was in a convenient location for my visit, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and there were several restaurants within walking distance. The beer garden at the Hampton had a large outdoor space which was a great space for a group."

"Staff was very friendly, room itself was clean the only downfall was that it smelt so strongly of cigarettes in the room which was supposedly non smoking it made the stay uncomfortable thankfully it was only for the night but we would not return. Parking was plentiful and it was located closely to lots of dining options as well which was nice."
