"I stayed for night , was perfect. Clean room , all essential was provided. The breakfast staff were rude, offset by the good food, the overall experience was great . Way better than similarly priced hotel."

"Solo traveler and first time to London. Wombat is located near the tower of London and London Bridge and close proximity to three different train stations. "The hotel is a deathtrap. Take this hotel away from Expedia if you want your customers to feel safe. It is false advertising, and the pictures are not real.
The place is for people who are homeless and need a temporary place to rest and store their belongings. NOT for tourists or first-time travelers who want to enjoy themselves."
"Good location and value, let down by the breakfast service / offering which is not sufficient for the large number of guests. I needed to queue (standing) for around 25 minutes just to reach the front of the buffet line, and several breakfast items were then empty / unavailable."
"I have stayed in more than 1 St Christopher hostel and the staff in all of them awful in that they use all kind of ruse to make a person to act in a defensive way to their actions and then use that person actions as if they are the victim. I believe that they deliberately pick on non Europeans and then proceed to ban them. Its absolutely disgraceful especially as the customers have no way to respond to their actions."
