"Bath towel, hand towel, face towel & a wash cloth in each room-had to lean hard on the front desk to get extra; more of a headache than it’s worth-Will not go back."

"The bed was very comfortable. The cable and the wifi just dropped out about an hr after I checked in and was not available to me until the next morning when I was leaving."

"Nothing stood out about the facility."

"Great place to stay! Clean rooms, great staff, clean lobby, this is definitely a great place to stay would recommend to everyone!!!"

"Overall great exp, property nice , quiet area , near car rental return and airport"

"Great location and great stay! Thank you a lot for making my time in Cleveland not only enjoyable, but also very relaxing!"

"The staff were very helpful. The manager let me use her personal phone charger."

"The hotel was exactly what we needed during a home renovation. I was a little frustrated by the “regulars” that stand outside the door and smoke every 30 minutes plus the weed smell in the halls. Our room was clean and served us well. It would have been nice to have had dish soap waiting for us but that was a minor inconvenience. In a perfect world, I would have liked an elevator."

"The staff was very not friendly. They hate their job so much. We always stay here bc it is close to our daughter's home. I don't know if we will stay there again."

"The room was clean and comfortable. It was within easy access to all of our destinations in the area. Parking was plentiful."

"My room must have been the last one cleaned on a Friday. It was borderline gross. Good thing the bedding wasn't."
