"It was a great stay and the room was awesome."

"The heating wasn't working, yet it stayed on the whole time, turning the room into a sauna. The person in charge came to check it and confirmed that it was indeed broken; his "brilliant" idea was for us to sleep with the window open for four nights—while it was snowing outside—to regulate the temperature. "Great stay! The staff and general manager were wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. Excellent service all around! Would definitely stay here again."

"Staff working the night upon check in. She was very rude and wouldnt give her name for the complaint. As rude as she was, I as a guest dis not want to further my night to check in and lost out on my money worth for that night to stay over night within the hotel. Due to her nasty attitude for check in and for poor customer service. Im hoping to enjoy my stay next time. "They have Bedbugs and tried to blame the guests and not their own incompetence I looked up on past reviews and it seems that they have this problem for the past decade. All they do is clean one room of the bugs and rent the other ones well the other ones being fogged which only makes them run into the walls and spread to other rooms so you're basically playing hot potato with the room you get I recommend leaving your room extremely cold so they don't bother you as I did"

"Great place to stay compared to other places in Anchorage"
