"Easy self check in. Modern and clean"

"What a gem of a place! It's run by two folks who clearly put a lot of care, attention, and hospitality knowledge into the experience. I loved the location which was across from a bus stop that runs right into town, next to a grocery store, and within short walking distance of the lovely Ascona waterfront. It was also a good location for morning runs. The breakfast was good and while I didn't try the restaurant, it had lively crowds and the food looked delicious. Highly recommend!"

"This was a lovely relaxing stay in a spacious clean room with a partial view over Lake Maggiore. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet and restful. The breakfast was good value. The staff were lovely, and the hotel was generally kept in good condition and is situated in a great location just up from the railway station. The included Ticino card was great for local travel. A couple of niggles being that the available TV channels were mainly local, and nearby restaurant options for the...

"Optimal gelegen, direkt beim Bahnhof Locarno. Sehr ruhig, trotz Nähe zu den Gleisen. Schöne, neue, moderne Zimmer. Alles war perfekt."

"Awful, Loud, Roasting, central"

"Very magical place! Clean, wonderful location, pretty terrace, beautiful breakfast room, and the most amazing and helpful staff! Would highly recommend!!"

"Lovely family run hotel. Close to train station and a short walk to town and lakeside. The booking site hadn't relayed our request for twin beds but this was addressed for us immediately on arrival. Very nice breakfast. We ate in the on site restaurant one evening, which was also good."

"The room we received was not a studio as advertised and even as stated in the reservation confirmation. A basic room with a matrimonial bed and auxiliary bed in the basement, instead of the upper floor appartment the Expedia listing showed. The room was clean, and aircon was a blessing, but it was not possible to bring auxilliary bed with pull-out frame onto a level sleeping height, it remained step-up for our entire stay, making it tough nights for the 3rd person. We requested help when the...
