"Wir waren das 2. Jahr in diesem Hotel zu Gast. Es war ok, aber. Bereits im letzten Jahr wussten wir, hier kommen wir wieder her. Nettes Personal und die Ansage, wir können sogar im Vorfeld wieder unser Lieblingszimmer buchen. Na gut, die Erwartungen waren bereits zeitig gedämpft, auf unsere Frage bekamen wir zunächst gar keine, dann eine vage Antwort: wenn verfügbar… ( etwa 4 Wochen vorher). Bei Anreise war uns schnell klar - Massen-Tourismus. Da passen Individualreisende nicht rein. :-( . Wir...
"The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, the restaurant was excellent all around, and the welcoming by the staff was unprecedented.
The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable.
I would highly recommend staying here the Matterhorn is visible of course.

The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use...
"Amazing new hotel at the entrance of this beautiful ski town. Great modern yet warm rooms, beautifully decorated, and we loved the bed.
Superb service, from the front desk to the restaurant. The shuttle service to anywhere in town and back to the hotel worked perfectly thanks to Davide and rest of the team. Great pool and spa, and a wonderful breakfast.
For dinner, our group didn’t like the dishes in the panorama restaurant. We all thought they can get a better chef and increase dish size. I...
