"The check in was okay. Staff kind of confused on how to check in. Didn’t have room cleaned..but room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravy were great. But had to wait for them to get food out. I hate to see when really busy. Parking was in basement. Not bad. Had a person doing security at night. No problems. The only bad thing was…in a bad area. A lot of homeless sleep at the government building next door. Also, pretty sure there are people staying in rooms and eating...

"My stay wasn’t the best at Best Western Plus and honestly the pictures were a little misleading. The room looked way nicer online than it did in person. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not what I expected based on the photos. Also, the pillows were super small literally about the size of my hand — and not comfortable at all. Overall, the stay was just okay, but I expected much better offadvertising"

"The AC made a lot of noise making it hard to fall sleep. The floors were sticky. A vape cartridge and box of spaghetti were beneath the cushions of the good pull-out bed. The other pull-out bed was broken. No discount was offered for these troubles."

"The only negative i have is the housekeeping didn't come clean my room or bring any new towels. But i got some from front desk. The lady at the front desk was A1!!!! She is a keeper!!! Everything else was on point"
