"Convenient to all attractions and the staff was great"

"The property is convenient to town. The facilities are in reasonable condition. We have stayed at this property a number of times over the past 5 years and unfortunately , the breakfast has gotten worse on the last two visits. The previous stay no one showed up to put out the breakfast supplies. On this trip fewer options were available than what was offered in the past. And the juice dispensing machine was not operating and there was only one choice for tea. I hope they can do better."

"We stayed in the motel portion. The location is convenient and our room was ok, but the bathroom had a sliding door with no locking mechanism, which is quite ridiculous when there is a family staying in the room. When I emailed the property twice about this, both emails were ignored. Similarly, I messaged them with a request for "late" checkout (11 am, since their checkout is a ridiculously early 10 am), I received no response."

"The room was very spacious and the location of Bar Harbor Manor is great. It’s close enough to the Village Green and Bar Harbor shopping to walk, but far enough out that you don’t have all of the traffic or congestion. However, the biggest highlight of our stay at Bar Harbor Manor was Christopher at the front desk. Not only did he make us feel welcome to the Bar Harbor Manor, but he made us feel so welcomed to Bar Harbor as a community. He engaged in genuine conversation with us, gave us some...

"Nothing"

"This adorable little motel was perfect for my daughter and I. We stayed in a two bedroom cottage and it was immaculate, with the room being serviced daily. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were surprised that one air conditioner cooled the entire cottage, but it did! The bathroom was small but was fine for us. My only recommendation would be to replace the chairs in the main room with a couch, facing the television."

"Very satisfactory stay"

"Location of inn was excellent! Close to downtown area, but away from any significant tourist traffic. The garden and amenities were lovely. Made to order breakfast included with cost of stay was a bonus! Staff was by and large helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we had issues with a constantly running toilet that also intermittently would not flush. They came and “fixed” the problem twice, but I was putting my hand in the toilet tank multiple times a day to remedy the problem myself. Not ideal....

"The property is fabulous and stunning, right on the water with amazing views. The pool is.wonderful. Our room was large and very comfortable with a.small balcony. I would highly recommend this hotel. It made our stay near Acadia National Park over the top. The one and only issue was intermittent and weak WiFi."
