"Remember to take soap. My pass key failed on a couple of occasions which was a nuisance, but the staff quickly sorted the problem, It was very hot everywhere - thank goodness there wasn't a heatwave outside. Several maintenance problems - no window blind, a broken cupboard door and wonky toilet roll holder in my room. "Bank House was perfect for travelling as a family of 3. Stayed 2 nights. Affordable, clean, convenient and walkable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wake up early if you want a hot shower."
"Stellar place! can’t say enough good about our stay here, such a lovely location not far from the City Centre but in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!"
"It is a great view! Easy to park just over the road. Plenty of breakfast items and fruit provided. It was a bit cold when we arrived but once the heating was on we warmed up. Bed comfy, big telly."
"Reasonable wee place for a stay over. 2 rooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds
Reasonably located near to city centre with adequate parking"

For instance, I was surprised to find we only had a full size bed. The ad just isn’t clear and it’s partially my error for not paying closer...
