"Always enjoy my time here...it is budget snd thsts ehst yiu get, BUT, it is extremely clean, modest, comfortable beds and a roof over your head. Helena the host/owner is organised, super friendly and a delight to meet. This was my 3rd stay here while in Auckland and I will be back"

"I thought the location for me was excellent .The room was nice and had everything I needed. The price was good .My only downside was the reception bell not been heard in the morning on arrival due to bad coverage."

"Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling...
