"We had a terrific time at the bow house! This unique architectural gem is spacious and clean & cozy. The location in the woods was lovely-- very quiet and surrounded by nature. The host is very communicative and everything was in perfect shape for our visit: comfortable beds, excellent kitchen, amazing hot tub, and modern bathrooms and appliances. We also recommend Vermont Bike and Brew Tours to those who are looking for something to do nearby. They set us up with e-bikes and we enjoyed...

"The hosts are kind and hospitable. They were so welcoming, flexible, and have truly created a unique experience for goat lovers. The goats were so friendly! The ducks were shy but still fun to see! We’re looking forward to going back during warmer weather but still an overall great experience. "

"Beautiful home with a riverfront view. The house is very comfortable, warm, and inviting. Very close to Hanover, Lebanon, Woodstock and Norwich of course. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious. The living room is cozy. The backyard is a nice place to sit in the hot tub and enjoy the view of the Connecticut River with hills in the background. The house is very close to 89 and 91. "

"We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Take note there are 3 thermostats. The one in bedroom is what really controls your comfort; it controls the baseboard heater under the dining table. The one in the bathroom is a nice feature. Don’t adjust the one in the living room; it’s there to keep the pipes freezing when no one is home."

"Nicer & more spacious than the hostels of my 1980s youth. At 62 I was only a little older than average. Mix of men & women 70/30. Clean, nice linens, other guests respectful that we all wanted to get sleep before hitting slopes the next day. And soooo close to Sugarbush. "

"A wonderful experience from start to finish! Rental was clean, cosy and comfortable. Host provided beverages; water, coffee, teas and seltzer water which was very welcome. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and meals. Very nice grocery store nearby. Hosts were responsive to all questions and kept the deck and stairs cleared of snow and safe. Lots of hot water and fast wi-fi! I’ll definitely be returning soon."
