"Well, the pictures are different than the actual place. They don’t have coffee in the rooms. They offer you the usage of a coffee machine if you go to the store and buy coffee. My credit card was lost inside of a taxi. And two nights later the taxi man arrived at this hotel at five in the morning, and the staff went to my door and knocked on my door until I woke up and told to come to the lobby to get my card from this taxi man. And the taxi man had been trying to use my card multiple times...

"Clean modern rooms and helpful staff. Pool a tad small, and intersection location can be a bit noisey. No coffee in rooms, but it has an attached restaurant."

"Alessio and his staff were great hosts from start to finish! They even assisted with room decoration for a surprise birthday celebration prior to arrival which was a huge help and it looked great! I highly recommend a stay at this property due to it also being 5 minutes away from the beach. The A/C worked great and water was hot always for showers. We enjoyed our stay and will be back when we come to Merida."

"Buena ubicación , el anfitrión fue amable la habitación de buen tamaño y cómoda en general todo bien , tal ves lo único es que está en segundo nivel y se complica subir la maleta , pero fuera de esto todo bien ."
